I experienced my own career change almost immediately after graduating college. As I worked over the subsequent years, I got the job done impactfully resulting in my being called on often to deliver on critical executive resumes, to turn around negative client experiences, and to work through lengthy curriculum vitae (CVs).

I consistently received accolades for my service to clients and top-level corporations. My biggest achievements revolved around my ability to deliver powerful, activating, and confidence-building workshops.

Yet, I was not always valued. Opportunities that were promised to me would sometimes evaporate for various reasons, some legitimate, some not. I decided that I needed to create my own opportunities.

I desired to service those people who truly wanted help with the coaching critical to job searching. It was not reaching everyone who wanted to (or needed to) find a new job.

The experience of changing my job changed my life. It was [and is] good for me as it forced me to go through the same mental process that many change seekers undergo (I’ve even been laid off from the lay-off business!). My experiences combined with my professional knowledge have led me to synthesize this change process into FOUR steps (the TIME).

This process will help you to design and build your framework for change (the HOW), from core-to-calling (the WHAT). You will see your assets, hear what you bring to the table, and feel
confident about it all (the SELF-DOUBT, the DEPRESSION).
